HealthView Inc., a 501(3)(c) non-profit corporation, has been
delivering community and senior-related housing and healthcare services
across Southern California for over 20 years.
Pacific Property Assets, LLC is a for-profit real estate developer, property management and investment firm. With interests in Southern California and Metro Phoenix, PPA's current holdings encompass over 50 multi-family apartment buildings representing an excess of 2200 individual apartment-home units, as well as various commercial properties.
In addition to their current projects, since 2003 Pacific Property Assets and HealthView, Inc. have cooperated in the development and on-going operations of the HealthView Pine Villa Senior Assisted Living community in Long Beach, California.
